Import and distribution of chemical materials for customer industries throughout Europe is competence and business of our privately owned group. We are growing on our own. Our multinational team - currently situated in fifteen locations in Europe and Asia - belongs to the best performing sales organizations of our multinational and local clients. Having a healthy financial basis, we continue to expand our personnel organization and offer attractive positions at several European sites.

Tasks

Your Business and Area of Responsibility

Our customers are local and multinational manufacturers of Adhesives, Composites, Coatings, Resins & Binders, Polymers, Polyurethanes, Rubber, etc.

• You support our field sales with entries in our system, order processing and post-sales activities.
• You prepare offers on instruction and follow them up with customers.
• You process incoming orders.
• You follow up our sample process.
• You support field sales with administrative tasks and send requested documents to the customer.
• You take over post-sales activities: interaction with logistics, communication with customers in case of changes, delays, overdue payments, etc.
• You take care of data administration.

Requirements

Your Profile & Talents

Experience in chemical business is not a condition. With the help of your colleagues you will learn on the job.

• You are a „SALES personality“ with a service-oriented attitude.
• You have 2+ years of experience within a B2B sales organization, working with all level of stakeholders, preferably within a wholesale company.
• You have a high degree of resilience and organizational skills.
• You have an accurate work-style and a hands-on personality.
• You are a team player, eager to learn and are interested in understanding processes and connections.
• You have excellent communication skills, being business fluent in English and French and German.
• You have profound experience with CRM-/ERP-systems.
• You have good MS Office skills.
