Junior IoT Systems Engineer

Job Description

As a team member in the product management team you will: 

• Support installation of new products and solutions in the introduction phase to the market with customer project managers
• Monitor key product metrics and analyze data to derive insights for product optimization and continuous improvement
• Act as an interface between customers/partners, customer project managers and R&D to deliver end-to-end consulting services on developments projects
• Assist in product launch activities, creating documentation, providing training to customer-facing teams, and supporting go-to-market strategies.
• Build up and maintain in-depth product and end-to-end solution knowledge to serve as go-to authority and key technical advisor
• Meet with customers and prospects, share our vision, and understand their needs
• Ensure documentation and training are available for new products and solutions
• Provide internal and external trainings
• Support strategic customer projects in choosing the right technologies and products
• Co-work with Field Application Engineers as task force for analysis Clients issues, if support teams are stuck
• Track and manage all actions and actors contributing to product readiness
• On-site visits to monitor pilot/PoC installations
• Inform various stakeholders about the status of the project
• Help support teams with new products and solutions
• Escalate according to internal guidelines

Qualifications

Experience: 

• At least 2 years as technical project manager, pre-sales engineer or product manager in the field of IoT devices, electronic consumer products or SaaS products,
• Nice to have: experience as technical trainer or technical writer

Skills:

• Good project management and team player capabilities
• Strong customer services orientation
• Great technical understanding
• Good technical skills, to master VusionGroup solutions

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering), or
• Higher Technical College for electronic or software engineering or equivalent experience

A minimum basic salary of EUR 3.077 gross per month for full-time employment applies to the advertised position with a willingness to pay depending on the actual
