Internship: International Brand Management

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assistance in new product innovation launches: concept development, product testing, feasibility assessment, development of launch packages including key visuals, packaging designs, other communication materials, etc
• Support of pack design relaunches & brand equity development
• Support of the coordination and execution of brand activities across the countries (eg. consumer research, product testing, etc)
• Tracking, analyzing, and monitoring of market trends & data
• Strengthening the share and re-apply best practices approach across the countries
• Organization and coordination of the annual marketing and sales meetings

• Finished Bachelor studies (with focus on Marketing, Business, Management, Innovation)
• Studying master studies or finished master studies in the field of Marketing, Business, Management or Innovation

• Ideally first work experience in marketing
• Passion for marketing, brands and innovation and an interest for the food segment
• Good analytical skills, a structured way of working, strong communication skills
• Collaborative spirit and sense of responsibility
• Very good skills in Powerpoint and Excel
• Advanced knowledge of English – both written and spoken
• Any one of the following languages is an advantage: German/Polish/Hungarian/Czech/Bulgarian/Romanian
