• Du erhältst spannende Einblicke in die Abläufe des Tagesgeschäfts der Geschäftsstelle Graz

• Nach einer umfassenden Einschulung unterstützt du tatkräftig das Montage- und Verkaufsteam bei administrativen Aufgaben

• Beim Telefonieren mit unseren Kunden punktest du mit deinem freundlichen Wesen und deinen höflichen Umgangsformen und perfektionierst so dein Kommunikationstalent

• Du beantwortest schriftliche Anfragen von Kunden und internen Abteilungen nach Rücksprache mit unseren Experten

DEINE TALENTE ZUM ERFOLG

• Du befindest dich in einer laufenden Ausbildung (z.B. HAK oder HBLA) und hast idealerweise schon einmal Büroluft (z.B. in Form eines Praktikums) geschnuppert

• Du arbeitest sehr strukturiert und behältst stets den Überblick

• Du bist fit im Umgang mit MS Office und eignest dir schnell das Wissen für neue Tools an

• Du arbeitest gerne im Team und glänzt mit deiner hohen Zuverlässigkeit
