Overview

We are looking for a Finance Intern for 6 months in our Vienna office to work closely with our Finance team on supporting our B2B sport partners in the DACH market. While being onboarded and trained by our Finance specialists, you will quickly manage your own projects and contribute towards our mission to "Make sports happen".

Working hours: Part-time or Full-time (35 hours per week with every second Friday off!)

Planned start: End of November 

Duration: 6 to 12 months

Location: VIENNA, Austria

Your Tasks

• Engage in our finance-support for our B2B and B2C customers via our digital ticketing system (questions about invoicing & payouts)


• Assist in correct invoicing at the beginning of each month by checking cancellations and adaptations


• Help to solve inquiries related to payout delays, rhythm changes, refunds, and disputes


• Support our communication to enhance transparent online payment processes


• Oversee data sets to ensure correct pricing is applied for our SaaS packages


• Collaborate with the Customer Care, Sales, and Product Team in order to successfully contribute to company-wide projects

Your Profile

• You’re currently enrolled at a university as a full-time student


• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) (speaking Dutch or French is a plus)


• Deep passion for sports and a "never give up" mindset


• Good knowledge of MS Office and preferably experience with Google Workspace


• Reliability, attention to details and solution-orientation


• Positive mindset and communication talent 


• Confidence in handling communication with B2B partners and being passionate about their success
