Manager:in (Trainee) zur Verstärkung unseres Marketing-Teams. In dieser vielseitigen Rolle

bist du verantwortlich für die tägliche Planung, Umsetzung und Ausspielung von

Gewinnspielen für unsere registrierten User.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Konzeption, Organisation und operative Umsetzung täglicher Gewinnspiele auf LAOLA1.at und in der LAOLA1-App

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Content-Team bei Kreation und Distribution der Gewinnspiele

• Unterstützung der Marketingziele: Nutzerbindung, Userwachstum und App-Downloads

• Koordination mit dem Produktteam zur technischen Integration der Gewinnspiele

• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team zur Einholung und Abwicklung von Preisen über bestehende und potenzielle Partner (v. a. aus dem Sportbereich)

• Pflege bestehender Kooperationen und Integration von Barter-Deals

• Vertragsmanagement im Rahmen der Gewinnspielkooperationen

Was du mitbringst:

• Interesse an Sport, Medien und digitalem Marketing

• Organisationstalent und kreative Ideen zur Aktivierung von Sportfans

• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit im interdisziplinären Umfeld

• Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing, Medien oder Sportbusiness von Vorteil

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
