Internship Dance Network

Do you live and breathe dance and culture? You have great organizational skills and can operate in a fast-paced and multi-faceted environment? Do you want to find out more about showcasing dance through multiple platforms across earned, managed and owned channels?

Then join our team as an Intern in the Global Dance Network from January 2026 for a period of six months.

In this internship, you'll be working on projects including Red Bull Dance Your Style, Red Bull Dancer activations as well as other initiatives from the Dance department. Each day is different, and you will have a variety of tasks ranging from earned media, social media, content management and on-ground events to content productions. Your role will be to support the project leads, work with the content team and align with other departments to drive success.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

You'll work alongside project leads to define new ways of how we can drive dance forward and grow our initiatives like Red Bull Dance Your Style and Red Bull BC One.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

In this internship, you'll work alongside the content team to create outstanding and impactful content.

PLATFORM SUPPORT & PROGRAMMING

You'll support our programming and social media team with social media content and planning.

DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Another task will be you support the team in all sorts of projects around our dance platforms. You’ll organize new features and test them, whilst gathering feedback from the team

• Advanced undergraduate students, post graduate students or recent graduates (Bachelor/Master degree)

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Passion for culture with an understanding or knowledge of street dance, breaking and music

• Good understanding of social media

• Excellent MS Office skills

• Tech-savvy with an analytical mindset, and precise and structured way of working

• Keen eye focusing on what matters most with the ability to filter out the irrelevant information

• Top communication skills

• Proactive and positive attitude

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.165,00 gross per month.
