Internship: Electrochemical deposition processes for highaspectratio features (all genders)

Conduct scientific research and development to integrate and optimize chemical manufacturing processes for core hardware solutions Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation projects Characterize material properties and ensure their compatibility with processes and hardware Conduct literature research and document existing processes and products Generate and contribute to scientific and technical publications Flexibility to travel to meet business requirements (<25% of the time) Master's degree or diploma in chemistry, physics, materials science, or a related field Familiarity with working in a chemical laboratory, having experience in surface preparation and analytical techniques Experience with and understanding of chemical, optical, and mechanical surface analysis methods Strong proficiency in software tools for organizing and analyzing large data sets (e.g., Origin) Highly motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving Excellent social skills with ability to work within diverse teams Independent and structured work ethic Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills in English
