Arbeitsbeschreibung - Internship - IT Business Partner for Engineering (m/f/d)


Description



In this role you will be part of the IT Business Partner organization which is in charge of coordinating IT requirements from the business with the IT Team, focus on Engineering applications. You will participate in INNIO’s internship program which aims to involve you step by step into the daily life of the department and helps to start your career in a structured way at INNIO Group. During your internship you will be involved in the procurement, demand and project processes within IT and collaborate with stakeholders in the business.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate discussion of IT-demands with the business functions, advise on needs in terms of hardware, software and infrastructure, ensure business case development
  • Support planning and prioritization of backlog within the team of business partners and transparently communicate back to business stakeholders
  • Assist on IT-project implementation
  • Support the license management and contract renewal process
  • Support the business partners team with other operational and project responsibilities
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in the IT / business field
  • Strong MS-Office skills (Excel) and strong analytical skills 
  • Any experience with Engineering processes or Engineering software is a plus  
  • Written and verbal fluency in English; German is a plus
  • Immediate start with the duration of a minimum of 6 months with the potential for further extension of 6 months
  • A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.645,68 gross per month (x 14).
