Partner with KiBiS, the leading work-life management experts, and seize the extraordinary opportunity to start your own business as a Work-Life Integration Auditor with our new subsidiary, ki8is Inc., in the U.S.A.

As part of our new global team, you will undertake organizational development improvement projects across People & Culture, guiding companies through a sustainable, systematic certification process. You will operate under an authorized representative model, receive project orders, and earn a substantial income for yourself and your family while enjoying a highly self-regulated lifestyle.

The ideal candidate is passionate about learning and development, has excellent communication skills, and is adept at working with adults from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements
