Communication Specialist (Part-time)

As a member of the Communication team, you will play a key role in enhancing our client's visibility and media presence in Austria. You will contribute to strategic communication efforts, support high-level missions, and help shape the narrative around our client's operations in the region.

• Develop and implement an annual communication plan for Austria, aligned with our client priorities.
• Communicate key milestones (e.g. project signatures, inaugurations) through press releases, blog posts, and social media.
• Respond to media enquiries in coordination with internal teams.
• Support the Vice President responsible for Austria during missions, including media engagement and speech preparation.
• Create Austria-related content: social media posts, blogs, newsletters, videos, infographics, and internal updates.
• Organize Austria’s annual press conference and other media events.
• Maintain and update media contact lists and archives of communication materials.

• Experience in media relations, journalism, or public affairs—preferably with Austrian media.
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze complex topics and communicate them clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Open to junior profiles with relevant experience and motivation.
