Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:
As a Master Data Governance Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining, assuring the quality of, and strategically developing our master data landscape. You ensure that consistent and up-to-date master data is available across all relevant systems and make significant contributions to the efficiency and transparency of our business processes.
Your tasks in detail:
Maintenance and governance of master data (e.g. customers, suppliers, materials, accounts, cost centres)
Ensuring the synchronisation and consistency of data across different corporate systems (ERP, CRM, BI, etc.)
Development and implementation of guidelines and standards for master data maintenance
Responsibility for the master data maintenance of chart of accounts and cost centre concepts
Collaboration with specialist departments to identify and implement improvements
Conducting data quality analyses and deriving optimisation measures
Support in projects related to system integration and data migration
What makes you a great fit:
You have completed a degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration (preferred) or completed Matura (minimum requirement)
You have experience in master data management, ideally in an international environment
You have knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, BMD, SAP, LucaNet or similar) and data management tools
Strong analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working
Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation
You are fluent in German and you have very good English skills

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 40.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment. Please be aware that this is a part-time role (30h).
