Ihr Profil

· Sie arbeiten zuverlässig, genau und mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch.

· Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete sprachliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift sowie über sehr gute Umgangsformen. Gleichzeitig bringen Sie ein gesundes Maß an Durchsetzungsvermögen mit – eine wichtige Voraussetzung für diese Position.

· Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office ist für Sie selbstverständlich.

· Sie schätzen die Zusammenarbeit im Team und bringen sich aktiv in eine positive, unterstützende Arbeitsatmosphäre ein.

Ihre Aufgaben

· Projektspezifische Qualitätskontrollen der Interviewer:innen

· Direktes, konstruktives und entwicklungsorientiertes Feedback – mündlich oder schriftlich

· Nach einem Jahr ist eine Erweiterung des Aufgabenbereichs möglich
