• Participate in design, deployment and maintenance of IT systems and services
• Provide 2nd-level and 3rd-level IT support for our users
• Respond to software and hardware outages
• Maintain and develop scripts for automated systems management
• Document configuration of servers, services and applications; provide end-user documentation

Qualifikationen

• A proven foundation of knowledge in server systems and networking infrastructure
• You have expertise working with both Windows and Linux operating systems
• You have a passion for problem-solving and using methodical workflow to resolve hardware/software issues
• Very good command of the English language

Erfahrung

• 3+ years of experience in an IT-related position
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies: VMware, Debian, RHEL 6 and RHEL 7, Ubuntu, Ansible, Active Directory, Scripting, GIT, BIND, DNS, Perl, BASH, Docker, and other container technologies
• Some experience working with and within common IT service management and/or IT security frameworks
