Deine Rolle im Team

• Coordination and implementation of technical service operations and training courses for customers or technical service staff for MADx's manual and automated diagnostic test systems (incl. test execution, device repairs, device maintenance; ´train the trainer concept’)
• Coordination of the support team: organisation of first-level support
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of software and hardware problems, including customer support for setup and network configurations
• Assisting customers with all support services (installations, applications,..)
• Ensuring the correct documentation of customer enquiries and technical knowledge

Qualifikationen

• Good understanding of computer systems and networks, basic knowledge of fluid mechanics and electronics
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; Fluency in English and German (oral and written)
• Ability and willingness to work on-site and travel internationally

Erfahrung

• Experience in staff management and motivation
• Proven professional experience as a technical support engineer/field service technician for in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) devices, preferably with fully automated systems in immunology
• Practical experience with Windows and Linux operating systems

Ausbildung

• Completed scientific education and/or relevant work experience in business related fields
