Four Seasons Residences Bahrain is a complex with 112 bespoke private residences, ranging in size from 109 square meters to 737 square meters. The residences are located in the heart of Bahrain Bay and are connected to the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay by a private and secure pedestrian bridge. As one of the leaders in branded residences since 1982, Four Seasons currently operate 50 residential properties around the world and 90% of the projects in our pipeline contain a residential component.

Responsibilities:
Assist with move in/move out procedures for all new residents as directed by the Residence Manager, ensuring the Services Guide, Residential Rules and Regulations, Resident Information and all other relevant Policies and Procedures are reviewed by, and signed when needed by, all new residents. The Supervisor oversees the day-to-day residence front office operations. They will ensure all service requests from residents are completed in a timely manner, to the highest standards of execution. Their primary responsibilities are to ensure the service standards delivered to the residents are of the highest level in keeping with the Four Seasons brand.

The Supervisor will


assist in the training of all Front of House employees who interact with residents, ensuring they understand the usage rights and privileges that residents have. They will track all resident a la carte services requests, ensuring highest levels of service, and accurate and timely billing. They will complete regular tours of the residences to continuously preserve and improve the product, ensuring that all areas of the residences are properly staffed to handle demand periods. Assist residents with Use Privileges, handle resident complaints, concierge service and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. Maintain homeowner profiles within the building management systems Complies with and enforces Four Seasons’ guidelines, policies and procedures Reports any discrepancies to the Residential Leader Assists in completing special projects which may include mailings, competitive surveys, or other assigned duties Covers the Residential Concierge desk and assists in any type of crunch in Residence operations

Standard Duties:



To provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds guests’ expectations. To ensure you read the hotel's employee handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety. To undertake other duties and responsibilities which, while outside the normal routine, are within the overall scope of the position. To report for duty punctually wearing professional attire. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department personal appearance standards. To comply with local legislation as required. To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments through working by The Golden Rule. To respond to any changes in the division as dictated by the needs of the industry, company or hotel. To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs. Conduct and attend training sessions as outlined. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Residence Leaders
