As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Global Brand and Marketing Campaign Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that will elevate our brand presence worldwide. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. As the Global Brand and Marketing Campaign Manager for Megger you will be expected to lead, support and enable the creative team on branding (both internal and external) on campaign developments and other relevant marketing communications activities. You will oversee and optimize all aspects of particular campaign categories ensuring achievement of business objectives and maximize profitability, in addition you will be responsible fostering collaboration and a positive working environment. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: Develop a brand strategy for Megger as a global brand. Implementing the strategy internally and externally. Manage, oversee and evaluate all customer facing brand and product campaign activities to drive customer awareness (internal & external), engagement and sales at a global level. Collaborate with digital team, category managers and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and focus on achieving business goals. Support cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns, coordinating efforts across digital, social, content, and traditional marketing channels. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve campaign objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, business, or a related field. Fluency with marketing, sales, and supply chain management. Proven experience in global marketing campaign management. Proven experience in brand management Strong understanding of international markets, cultural differences, and regulatory considerations.
