Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver up to mark service andmaximize customer satisfaction.

Efficiently andsuccessful coordination between front and back of houseoperation.

Review product quality and servicesrendered.

Organize and supervise shifts and dutyrosters.

Plan and conduct efficient deliveryorder system.

Develop and maintain expectedcustomer relation.

Appraise staff performanceand provide feedback to improve productivity.

Ensure adequate functioning and calibration of kitchen and barequipment.

Ensure compliance with sanitation andsafety regulations.

Ensure the concernedregulatory requirements are met by the business.

Closely work with the marketing team to ensure maximize the revenueand promote the brands of the company.

Controloperational costs and identify measures to cutwaste

Train new and current employees on propercustomer service practices.

Implement policiesand protocols that will maintain future restaurantoperations.

Submit annual budgets and resourceallocations to achieve company strategies andobjectives.

Oversee budgets and make sureresources are allocated properly.

Qualifications:

Masters Business Administration (MBA)degree preferred.

Minimum of a BachelorAdministration (BA) degree in business management economics andfinance or Bachelor Science (BS) degree in science or foodtechnology with further emphasis in finance economics statics andaccounting.

Minimum of 5 years of experience inan executive leadership position.

Innovativewith a vision of the future of the company that leads to thestrategy and execution plan

Good communicationskills with the ability to communicate with board membersexecutives and frontline employees.
