JobDescription

We are looking fora Marketing specialist who will play a pivotal role in shaping ourhotel's brand image and driving revenue growth throughinnovative marketing strategies. Our desired candidate will beresponsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketingcampaigns, both online and offline, to attract new guests andengage our loyal customerbase.

Key Areas OfResponsibility

• Supportthe Marketing Director in executing the annual Marketingplan
• Creation and implementation of SocialMedia Calendar for all hotelprofiles.
• Selection and approval ofinfluencers’ collaborations together with the Marketingteam.
• Organization, coordination and executionof all material for photoshoots & videoshoots.
• Brainstorm and develop ideas forcreative marketing campaigns.
• Design andcontent development of brochures, advertisements, newsletters,flyers, advertising materials and other marketing materials.Knowledge of Adobe Package isrequired.
• Responsible for ensuring that allvisual elements, including graphics, designs, and marketingmaterials, adhere to our brand guidelines and reflect our uniquebrand identity.
• Execution of email Marketingcampaigns.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum2 years in similar position
• Copywritingskills
• Good sense ofaesthetic
• Passion for hospitality, going aboveand beyond to create memorable moments for ourguests.
• Creation and implementation of SocialMedia Calendar
• Experience dealing withinfluencers and able to prepare an influencerstrategy
• Experience with Facebook AdsManager.
• Absolute comfort with Social Mediachannels, including paid ads
• Customer orientedand able to properly interact with our customers on any publicchannel
• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
• Excellent knowledge of theEnglish & Arabic language, able to writeflawlessly
• Familiar with AdobePackage
• Proficiency in MSOffice
• Proactive in identifying issues andownership to resolve them
• Ability to workindependently, but also function as a team player, in order to meetinternal deadlines
• Capable of working in adynamic environment, handling multiple projects, able to prioritizeappropriately and respond to issues quickly and creatively with anopen and positive attitude.
