A Junior Sous Chef is responsible forcontributing to menu creation and managing and training the kitchenbrigade to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience whilemanaging food costcontrols.

What will I bedoing?

As a Junior Sous Chef,you are responsible for contributing to menu creation and managingand training the kitchen brigade to deliver an excellent Guest andMember experience. A Junior Sous Chef will also be required tomanage food cost controls. Specifically, you will be responsiblefor performing the following tasks to the higheststandards:

• Contribute to menucreation
• Manage and train the kitchen brigadeeffectively to ensure a well-organised and motivatedteam
• Ensure consistency in quality of dishes atall times
• Manage customer relations whennecessary, in the absence of the Junior SousChef
• Ensure resources meet business needsthrough the effective management of workingrotas
• Support brand standards through thetraining and assessment of your team
• Managefood cost controls to contribute to Food and Beveragerevenue
• Knowledge of activities in otherdepartments and implications
• Ensure compliancewith food hygiene and Health and Safetystandards
