Job Description: Sales and Marketing Manager Position Overview: A Sales and Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the sales and marketing strategies of a company. He would be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing marketing campaigns, and ensuring the alignment of sales and marketing efforts to achieve business objectives. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: Develop Sales and Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Develop and drive the Promotions and campaigns. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Develop corporate tie ups and roadshows to increase the awareness of Matrix Lead Sales Team: Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and performance goals. Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members. Lead by example by visiting corporates, schools and colleges, university campus and other institutions to increase revenue for the Unit Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Develop marketing plans and campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, advertising, social media, events, and PR, to reach target audiences effectively. Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Forecast sales volumes and revenue targets based on market trends, historical data, and business objectives. Develop and manage the sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences. Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and concerns, and work proactively to address them. Analyze Performance and Generate Reports: Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics, such as sales conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition cost, and market share. Analyze data and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and marketing. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in a similar industry. Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
