As a part of this effort, we are lookingfor an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer with a strongcustomer-focused mindset to be based in our Bahrain office andreport directly to the Head of Sales for New BuildingSolutions.

In this role, you will lead anddevelop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE andcustomers that are strategic or nationally/locally important. Youwill proactively identify solutions and develop processes that addvalue to our customers. The Sales Engineer's role is tomanage opportunities from current and new customers and close dealsin a way that meets customer needs and maximizes KONE’sorder book and profitability.

Aservice mindset is an outlook thatfocuses on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty and hence weare looking for somebody with a proven track record of being ago-getter who understands how to partner and collaborate with thebusiness. We need someone who has the ability to influence, isresult-driven, and has strong commercial acumenskills.

Are you theone?

  • Bachelor’sdegree in engineering (Mechanical orIndustrial)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in oneof the following: Complex Sales Process Management / BusinessDevelopment / Key Account Management
  • Highlymotivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with anorientation towards a high level of customerservice
  • Ability to interpret and analyzecustomer needs
  • Passion for sales, with a proventrack record in handling Strategic Key Accounts and a strongcustomer focus
  • Excellent English communication,presentation, and negotiation skills. Arabic language skill is anadded advantage.
  • GCC experience ispreferred.
