KeyResponsibilities:

• Culinary Leadership: Assist theExecutive Chef in overseeing daily kitchenoperations.
• Lead and motivate the kitchenbrigade to achieve culinary excellence.
• MenuDevelopment: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and createinnovative and enticing menus. Ensure the consistent execution ofrecipes to maintain high-qualitystandards.
• Food Preparation and Cooking: Directand participate in the preparation, cooking, and presentation ofculinary offerings. Monitor and control food costs by efficientlymanaging portion sizes and minimizingwastage.
• Team Collaboration: Foster acollaborative and positive work environment within the kitchen.Coordinate seamlessly with other departments to ensure smoothoverall resort operations.
• Quality Control:Implement rigorous quality control measures for all food items.Conduct regular tastings and inspections to uphold culinarystandards.
• Training and Development: Train andmentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and best practices.Support the professional development of junior kitchen teammembers.
