Your day to day:
As a Chief Steward, you will manage the day to day operation of the Stewarding Department, supervising sanitation, hygiene and cleanliness particularly in all the kitchens. You will ensure that back of the house areas are well maintained to the highest level of cleanliness standards of the company. You will be responsible in ensuring the cleaning schedules and procedures of all the Kitchen areas, utensils, tools, equipment and machines are adhered to by the stewarding team.
