Although a ship captain must always know how to read weather reports and adjust their navigation, a captains’ duty at VJFB is quite similar.

First of all you must take care of and respond to the expectations and wishes of the guest. To accomplish this you can use your charm, your radio, flags, whistles, or flashing lights in order to keep the VJFB standard high. We want a captain who does what it takes to effortlessly take control and responsibility. Leadership, operational management and be a nice coach of the restaurant & Bar staff are keywords of the job.
