Roleoverview

We're looking for aNutritionist to join our team and support the Customer ExperienceTeam with daily queries. The Nutritionist's duties includeproviding nutrition consultations to customers, creatingpresentations regarding food, and communicating with the CustomerExperience Team regarding customers'inquiries.

The ideal candidate is well-versedin health and nutrition and possesses problem-solving skills.Additionally, they are able to communicate in both Arabic andEnglish. The goal is to support our customers in their journeytoward a healthy lifestyle.

MainResponsibilities

• Providing dietaryconsultations with customers based on their health habits, exerciseroutines, and food preferences
• Clarifyinformation to customers and explain the effects of nutrients onthe overall health condition
• Conduct foodpresentations for the Customer Experience Team that would supportthem with customer queries
• Respond tocustomers' questions by providing support to the CustomerExperience Team
• Maintaining up-to-dateknowledge of nutritional diets andtrends
• Interpreting blood test results toprovide customers with a suitable mealplan
• Engaging with customers in a positivemanner
  

IdealCandidate

Qualifications

• Musthave a nutritionist educationbackground
• Extensive and proven experience inthe field of Nutrition
• Must have excellentverbal and written communication skills in both Arabic andEnglish
• Must be proficient with Microsoftoffice tools
• Maintain a positive andprofessional approach with coworkers
