Junior Analyst Cybersecurity

As a Junior Analyst (Cybersecurity) atCTM360, you will be part of a team focused on detecting andmitigating online fraud/cyber threats targeting our clients. Thisrole involves supporting clients by providing in-depth analysisreports, validating and escalating the detected threats for furtheraction. You will also be expected to research these online threatsand produce alerts with the analysis/findings for the clients. Thisrole offers growth opportunities and the opportunity to work incross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Triageincidents targeting our clients
• Analyze onlinesources (OSINT) for client-related threats
• Findout innovative methods of detecting client-related onlinethreats
• Incident response and technical supportfor client requests
• Facilitate all aspects ofclient care
• Reports (Trend analysis, executivesummary)

Required Qualifications &Skills:

• Bachelor'sdegree in Information Technology, Computer Science or InformationSystems
• Fresh graduate or maximum 1-yearexperience
• Excellent written, oralcommunication, and presentation skills
• Abilityto perform under rigid time frames for multiple clientssimultaneously
• Ability to use timeproductively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging workgoals
• Ability to work in a strong collaborativeatmosphere
• Ability to extrapolate data todetermine trends
• Show initiative and beself-motivated
• Perform well in a fast-pacedenvironment
