This rolecontributes to the achievement of sales targets by supporting salesrepresentatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaininggood customer relationships. The responsibilities includesupporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating withother departments, handling contractual agreements & NDAs,and promoting customer satisfaction. The candidate must be highlymotivated & driven and should be able to dive right intoour work culture, understand our sales process & roadmapfor the future, and take control of the assigned duties andresponsibilities. He/She is expected to be proactive, positive, andpassionate about the company's offerings and how theycreate value for clients, take initiative and be creative indetermining different methods for success, and develop a workingplan of action in their respectivefunctions.
PrimaryObjectives
- Build andestablish good work relationships with clients to facilitateincreased patronage and revenue.
- Identify andprioritize accounts based on outstanding issues, growthopportunities, strategic value, and renewaltimeframe.
- Maintaining an accurate and updateddatabase of client account information as well as businessdevelopment-related documentation.
- Ensure highcustomer satisfaction by liaising with the customer success teamand managing customer health status regularly to ensure that ourclients realize and achieve our valueproposition.
- Act as the main point of contactbetween existing clients and internalteams.
- Overseeing sales process andfacilitating order fulfillment.
- Assist the teamin the vendor registration process, and RFP/RFQ submissions duringthe sales process and perform other duties to support the team, asneeded.
- Review and negotiate contracts duringthe renewal process and meet the established deadlines to concludethe process on time.
- Work collaboratively withvarious internal teams/individuals for the best interest of thecustomer (technical team, sales, etc.)
- Map andtrack the engagement of our existing clients across our varioustechnology platforms and provide timely updates to themanagement.
- Provide visibility and reportmetrics for the BD team & management across the list ofclients and the status of their accounts. To provide regularupdates to the management on the post-sales process
Qualifications
- 1-2years experience in IT & Security Sales(preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree inbusiness or management
- Good administrative,organizational, and problem-solvingskills.
- Excellent communication and customerservice skills.
- The ability to multitask, workin a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines with a high levelof efficiency, accuracy, and attention todetail.
- Understanding the B2B sales process andnegotiation.
