Marketing Communications Manager

We are hiring Marketing Communications Manager who is self-motivated & driven towards the responsibility of increasing Kalaam's Enterprise brand and solutions awareness by effectively engaging and measuring various marketing initiatives in Kalaam Telecom. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for representing the company's brand as effectively as possible. This will include an acceleration of sales through successful marketing campaigns and developing a strategy to execute all external communications. The outcome of these goals will lead to greater demand for the company's products and services. 

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the annual development of the marketing plan and budgeting.
• Managing monthly budget expenses, develop CSR planning, corporate communication.
• Strategize and execute initiatives to develop the right kind of marketing collateral.
• Developing high-level creative concepts & ensuring the reporting of tactical campaigns are comprehensive.
• Suggest ideas, engagement strategies, and maintain a positive public image of the organization.
• Represent Kalaam's Enterprise brand to articulate its value proposition creatively and accurately.
• Secure alliances & ensure articulation of organizations desired image and position is consistent.
• Work with internal teams to drive organizational branding and positioning.
• Monitoring & reporting the execution of the brand
• Manage & develop corporate brand collateral and roll out with the marketing team.
• Able to manage English/ Arabic content translation.
• Coordinate the appearance of all organization print and electronic materials and assist in Marketing development work. 

Skills, Qualification & experience:

• Marcom experience for minimum 10-15 years,
• Bachelor's degree in marketing communication, business administration, public relations, mass communication.
• Experience in a corporate setting, preferably in a technology or Telecom Company
• Proficiency with MS Office, ability to create compelling content, and good communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic preferable
• Ability to predict trends and analytics.
