We are looking for aMarketing specialist who will play a pivotal role in shaping ourhotels brand image and driving revenue growth through innovativemarketing strategies. Our desired candidate will be responsible fordeveloping and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns bothonline and offline to attract new guests and engage our loyalcustomer base.

Key Areas ofResponsibility:

• Support theMarketing Director in executing the annual Marketingplan
• Creation and implementation of SocialMedia Calendar for all hotel profiles.
• Selection and approval of influencers collaborations together withthe Marketing team.
• Organization coordinationand execution of all material for photoshoots & videoshoots.
• Brainstorm and develop ideas forcreative marketing campaigns.
• Design andcontent development of brochures advertisements newsletters flyersadvertising materials and other marketing materials. Knowledge ofAdobe Package is required.
• Responsible forensuring that all visual elements including graphics designs andmarketing materials adhere to our brand guidelines and reflect ourunique brand identity.
• Execution of emailMarketingcampaigns.

• Minimum 2 years in similar position
• Copywriting skills
• Good sense ofaesthetic
• Passion for hospitality going aboveand beyond to create memorable moments for ourguests.
• Creation and implementation of SocialMedia Calendar
• Experience dealing withinfluencers and able to prepare an influencerstrategy
• Experience with Facebook AdsManager.
• Absolute comfort with Social Mediachannels including paid ads
• Customer orientedand able to properly interact with our customers on any publicchannel
• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
• Excellent knowledge ofthe English & Arabic language able to writeflawlessly
• Familiar with AdobePackage
• Proficiency in MSOffice
• Proactive in identifying issues andownership to resolve them
• Ability to workindependently but also function as a team player in order to meetinternal deadlines
• Capable of working in adynamic environment handling multiple projects able to prioritizeappropriately and respond to issues quickly and creatively with anopen and positive attitude.
