Night Receptionist

A Night Receptionist provides night-hourreception services for Guests to contribute to an overallexceptional experience from check-in through check-out and completeaudits, as required.

What will Ibe doing?

As NightReceptionist, you will provide night-hour reception services forGuests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience fromcheck-in through check-out and complete audits, as required. ANight Receptionist contributes to the first impressions of ourGuests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to thehighest standards:

• Achieve positiveoutcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficientmanner
• Ensure an efficient reception experiencefor Guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures,as required
• Ensure that both the Night Managerand Night Reception Supervisors are kept fully aware of anyrelevant feedback from guests and, or, otherdepartments
• Demonstrate a high level ofcustomer service at all times
• Attendappropriate training courses, when required, and assist with theNight Team's training and developmentefforts
• Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel roomcategories, room rates, packages, promotions and other generalproduct knowledge necessary to perform dailyduties
• Maximize room occupancy and useup-selling techniques to promote hotel services andfacilities
• Use the correct procedures regardingthe acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash inaccordance with the hotel credit policy
• Act inaccordance with policies and procedures when working with front ofhouse equipment and property managementsystems
• Follow company brandstandards
• Assist other departments, asnecessary
