Our client is a leader in the Plastics Manufacturing industry, and offers the highest quality products and the best service for discerning customers.
They are currently looking for a Flexible Packaging Sales Manager to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities:
. Ensure that revenue and profit targets are achieved.
. Generating business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis.
. Maximizing sales performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience and by taking customer feedback.
. Implementation of territory growth strategies.
. Sales forecast and review of available pipeline
. Responsible for leading customer acceptance of new product designs
. Identifying and developing a sustainable relationship with key accounts at both strategic and tactical levels.
. Managing entire sales process targeting to the top prospectus, identifying client solutions, negotiating, and closing.
Qualification & Requirements:
. Sales experience in a similar role in the same or related industry in the GCC.
. A track record of success selling flexible packaging solutions both in terms of creating new business opportunities and managing major accounts.
. Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
. Strong oral and written communication skills.
. Experience setting sales goals.
. Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
