Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of SMB Account Executivesfocused on acquiring new business
  • Attract,hire, retain high performing talent with an aptitude to learn andgrow
  • Drive a high performance, highaccountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly,and annual sales goals
  • Coach, manage anddevelop sellers with an emphasis on continual learning andskill-gap improvement
  • Develop processes thatscale and drive consistent execution across theteam
  • Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity& forecasts to proactively adapt to changingconditions

Requirements

  • 3+ years leading a team of AccountExecutives with demonstrated success inSMB
  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity,recommend solutions, take ownership of implementation and/orproject management of salesinitiatives
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding ofthe business by sharing insights, the root causes behind changes inKPI's, the frequency and impact of these root causes andyour recommendations to double down or course correct asneeded
  • Analytical Sales Leader with strongexperience using data to drive decisionmaking
  • Ability to communicate complexinformation and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understandfashion
  • Excellent written and spokencommunication in English (CEE languages are a bigbonus)
