Assist in developing and scaling new recipeswhile ensuring that the flavor and quality standards aremaintained.
Modify recipes & create new ones,documenting them in conjunction with the R&Dteam
Working closely with the R&D team informulating recipes & creating trendy and high-qualityfood
Train the kitchen team to prepare new recipes, guide& lead them.
Resourcefully solve any issues thatarise and seize control of any problematicsituation
Comply with and enforce sanitation regulationsand safety standards. Maintain & documentrecords.
Maintain a positive and professional approachwith coworkers
To assign responsibilities to subordinatesand to check their performance periodically
To work ontraining team members in an effective manner to ensureefficiency.
Must be proficient with technology, usingRational ovens, Blast Chillers, freezers & modern cookingequipment & techniques.
Perform administrativeduties
Working closely with the Operations &Supply chain team, suggest, and act as a facilitator for theR&D team.
Identifying problems and providingtangible solutions.
