• Prior banquet or Sous Chefexperience
• Strong culinary training (formal orinformal)
• Interest in livingon-site
• Excited about creating a warm familyatmosphere for staff while maintaining high standards (has hadprior success managing to these goals)
• Stronginterest in training/coaching
• Independentthinker with great initiative but comfortable working within adefined framework
