Job Description - Sales Supervisor

SUPERVISORS (Traditional Sales)-MBA with 2-5 yrs exp in FMCG as Sales Supervisor with Valid GCC License. Age: 25-39 yrs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key accounts.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
Oversee the efficient distribution and merchandising of our products in assigned outlets.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards achieving targets.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including safety and compliance regulations.
