As part of the pre-sales technical team, you'll have a client facing and technical role where you will be at the intersection of sales, product and engineering. Your day to day tasks: Customer Engagement: Identify customer challenges and effectively communicate the value of our SaaS solutions, ensuring technical buy-in throughout the sales process. Product Demonstrations & Proof of Concept: Deliver impactful product demos and tailored proofs of concept that align with customer needs. Technical Consulting: Analyse customer use cases and map them to our SaaS offerings, ensuring optimal alignment and value. Customer Feedback & Product Improvement: Collaborate with Product Management to share customer insights and recommend product enhancements. Process Optimisation: Streamline workflows between Sales, Operations, and R&D to improve efficiency and scalability. RFP & RFI Management: Lead technical responses to RFPs and RFIs, effectively showcasing our competitive advantage.
