The EU FP&A Team The European FP&A team combines data analytics & business reporting with financial planning and profitability. We take an end-to-end view of the business operations and finances. The team has a wide range of responsibilities which includes implementation of EU strategy, ownership of our strategic 3-year plan, live re-forecasting, review of partner profitability, assessment of new partnership & acquisitions, risk management and decision support for various business units. Currently based mainly in UK and India, the FP&A team is recruiting to support the extension of our business in Continental Europe and the next step of our expansion. SQT is currently applying for an insurance license in Belgium and the current position will focus particularly on the new insurer FP&A requirements including capital planning.
