Role Title:  Project Manager Consultant – Procurement


Role Overview


The Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, timeline, cost, and quality standards.





    • Project Delivery

      • Manage projects end-to-end

      • Own project scope, timelines, resources, budget, and quality

      • Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver project outcomes

      • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans and escalate when required

      • Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans, and status reporting






Governance & Control





      • Maintain project governance, quality controls, and decision forums

      • Work with risk, security, and governance teams to ensure appropriate controls are in place




Financial & Business Support





      • Support business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and financial forecasting

      • Track budget and cost impacts throughout project delivery

      • Support prioritization and investment decision-making where required




Stakeholder Management





      • Act as the key liaison between businesses

      • Communicate project progress clearly to sponsors and senior stakeholders

      • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively




Experience & Skills 




    • Strong experience managing projects end-to-end

    • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management

    • Experience with implementation of procurement tools 

    • Experience in consulting / business services is a plus

    • Strong stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills

    • Highly organized, proactive, and delivery-focused

    • Fluency in Dutch or French is required with an excellent knowledge of English
