NextLink is having an existing position as a Business
Analyst Repatriation Team Business in Brussels area, Belgium.

- Workload: full time 50% on site & 50% homeworking

- Work location: Brussels area, Belgium

Description:

- Decision validated by the ExCo to
improve the actual workflow to reduce the risks to the Bank in transactions
from sensitive countries. Involving of the RTB in this new flow. 

- This Rapat-Team will be managed by one manager .This team has the
responsibility to check, analyze, accept or refuse incoming international
transactions within the Retail, Private & Wealth. He has to manage the
follow-up of these transaction by contacting the clients (for the Retail
segment) or the relationship managers/contact person (for the Private &
Wealth segment) in order to collect documents and information related to these
transactions. He has to know our internal tools and to be sure that all files
will be correctly archived. In case of suspicion of fraud, he has to escalate
files to AML Operation.

- This function requires a good knowledge of personal tax aspects
Additionally, this is a sensitive function due to the kind of
information requested from all clients of Retail, Private and Wealth
Management. Despite an OJM, we don't find in the due date all the needed
colleagues with the appropriate profile which has to combine a good level of
technicity and a commercial approach. Reporting to management.

Required qualifications:

- Education
: Master degree in tax

- Fluent in English + French +
Dutch

- At least 2 years of relevant
experience
