Our client is a global player active in the industrial sector, with operations based in Leuven.
In this interim role, you will play a pivotal part in managing operational HR responsibilities while aligning with the broader HR strategy, with a primary focus on people-related matters:
Act as the key HR contact for works council and other social dialogue topics.
Support and advise on internal conflicts, promotion processes, and policy development.
Oversee and guide recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and alignment with hiring needs.
Provide hands-on support to line managers and employees across various HR domains.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and tools.
Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure HR practices align with strategic objectives and organizational culture.
You have a relevant track record as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
You have a good knowledge of social legislation.
You are experienced in social relations, have a correct dose of assertiveness, and work proactively and efficiently.
You are a collaborative leader who knows how to motivate and engage people.
You speak Dutch and English.
Contract type: Freelance
Work regime: 2 to 3 days per week
Duration: 6 months with probable extension
Location: Leuven and remote
