ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for two highly motivated and experienced M&A professionals (one senior and one mid-level) to join our Brussels-based advisory team. The successful candidates will play a central role in the origination and execution of M&A transactions, while actively contributing to both the growth of our Belgian platform and the success of our local partnership. They will report to the Head of Kepler Cheuvreux Corporate Finance M&A.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning Belfius / Kepler Cheuvreux as a trusted partner.


• Collaborate closely with the Belfius Corporate Finance team to source M&A opportunities.


• Lead and execute M&A transactions across various sectors, from origination through to execution and closing.


• Advise clients on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, fundraisings, and other strategic transactions.


• Supervise, mentor, and coach junior team members.

YOUR PROFILE

• 4-12 years of relevant experience in M&A / investment banking.


• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex deals.


• Strong technical skills and transaction structuring capabilities.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus.


• Entrepreneurial mindset, team spirit, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
