Corporate Services Director

EHP , an innovative subsidiary of Airbus Defense & Space , is active in the production of thermal and mechanical systems for the space industry and is looking for its new Corporate Services Director.

Mission

The Corporate Services Director (CSD) shapes, implements and monitors the Company strategy for Finance, HR, IT, Ethics & Compliance, shared services and other support activities. He leads a team of around 10 people, reports directly to the CEO and acts as a trustworthy representative towards Airbus group and external stakeholders.

1/ Finance

The CSD ensures financial health of the Company over the long term.

He establishes the 5 years business plan and supervises its implementation. He provides local and group financial reporting while ensuring internal control requirements. He supports the operational continuity through a performant cash management. He watches the profitability of the Company with a strong financial monitoring system. He acts as a reliable partner for all managers, providing sound financial insights.

2/ HR

The CSD ensures that the Company attracts, develops and retain talents.

He oversees recruitment process, develops training programs, implements performance assessment, establishes a competitive salary structure, promotes positive workspace culture, helps on conflict resolution and ensures compliance with all HR requirements.

3/ IT

The CSD oversees the performance and reliability of IT infrastructure.

He ensures the stability and efficiency of hardwares and sofwares as well as a proper users support. He supervises the implementation of a robust cybersecurity and data governance framework, in line with required and international standards.

4/ Ethics & Compliance

The CSD plays a key role by promoting E&C culture within the Company. He acts as focal point for all E&C related matters and provides trainings to the organization.

5/ Shared services

The CSD coordinates the shared services to other Airbus entities in Belgium. He identifies synergies between entities and supervises their implementation and maintenance.

6/ Other support activities

The CSD supports the Company with legal issues, ensures general and administrative requirements and supervises reception desk.

Required experience

• Finance or engineering degree ;
• Fluent in French and English ;
• 5 to 10 years of relevant and hands-on multi-disciplinary expertise ;
• IT minded and data analyst skills ;
• Good knowledge of Belgian accounting & HR laws ;
• Background in audit and/or business controlling is a strong plus ;
• Experience with growth and change management is a plus.
