It helps customers to turn global megatrends – like healthy aging, energy and weight management, digestive health and more – into successful food products. For the Quality Customer Support - Functional Proteins team we are looking for a:

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Key Responsibilities

You are the first line contact for customers requesting information about the quality of Beneo ingredients

• Follow up on customer requests with help of a database and in cooperation with Sales
• You set up and follow up on quality issues in Sales Force
• General Sales Support (administrative follow up of sample shipments, Salesforce data input,…)
• Take responsibility in projects (Set up customer mailings,…)
• Ad hoc tasks depending on your interests and knowledge

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or experience in sales administration or customer service
• Good knowledge of English, Dutch and/or French are an advantage
• Experience with Sales Force or a similar CRM system is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Diplomatic and able to build solid relationships
