Job Description - Customer Service Representative

As part of our ongoing growth, we are currently looking for an: Inside Sales Engineer / Customer Service Representative Your mission: Support the Quotation Process with the Sales Manager. Track the open orders and focus on late order to improve the On Time Delivery. Lead the OTD improvement plan in cooperation with Operations. Support the Customer Service Team in case of peak demand. Clarify the technical aspects (mainly with Front Office) in relation with R&D, Quality and Production. Be involved on the Continuous Process of Improvement of the Customer function (order processing, pricing, communication with our internal and external customers). Our expectations: - Must have: Fluent in French and English. You have a first positive experience in technical/industrial Customer Service covering various types of international customers (distributors, end users, small and corporate accounts) Advanced proficiency in utilizing ERP systems as SAP S4/Hana. Your technical skill makes you confident for understanding our customer's demands - Soft skills : Possessing strong communication skills and unwavering perseverance. Maintaining a problem-solving mindset as a focal point.
