Mission Responsibilities
Customer-Centric: Act as the central point of contact between our customers and the organization, focusing on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Efficient Communication: Guarantee efficient communication with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
Autonomous Customer Portfolio Management : Take ownership of your portfolio, including order intake, order follow-up, dispatch, claim management, and overdue settlement.
About You
Language Skills: Fluency in French and German is essential.
Client Focus: A genuine passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
Communication Skills: A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
