Job Description - Customer Service - Wilrijk

  • Behandelen van inkomende telefoontjes, e-mails en chatberichten
  • Oplossen van klantvragen en -klachten op een professionele en tijdige manier
  • Bieden van productinformatie en aanbevelingen aan klanten
  • Samenwerken met interne afdelingen om klantproblemen op te lossen
  • Bijhouden van klantinteracties in het CRM-systeem
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Frans
  • Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in klantenservice of een vergelijkbare rol
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en geduld
  • Basiskennis van CRM-systemen is een pluspunt
  • Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken
