What You'll Do:

  • Manage, motivate and coach the general maintenance team together with the general maintenance team leader and cleaning service team leader.
  • Monitor safety, quality, productivity, environment and well-being of employees and/or the work delivered.
  • Hold evaluation interviews and ensure employee development.
  • Hold responsibility for the general maintenance of the factory buildings, office buildings and areas belonging to the site: sanitary facilities, roofs, painting construction, air conditioning and heating, concrete works, etc. and ensuring that they comply with current standards.
  • Organize, coordinate and monitor cooperation with contractors: contracts, toolboxes, follow safety regulations.
  • Budget management of general maintenance and facilities.
  • SAP management of the AO service: registration of hours, costs, orders and invoices, budget management.
  • Administration of inspections by external organizations.
  • Hold responsibility for the proper organization of security and reception in collaboration with external parties.

What You'll Bring:

  • Several years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and reliability.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Fluent Dutch and English.
