Solutions Engineer

You will play a key role in educating and guiding both customers and developers through creating customer-centric solutions, crafting demonstrators. This position involves fostering relationships with customers and developers, serving as the primary technical field expert. As an ideal candidate you are proactive, technically skilled, and possesses excellent communication and project management abilities.

Your Role

Technical Onboarding and Guidance:
Provide active technical support and guidance to customers during and after the adoption process of our SDKs, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and customer satisfaction. Customer and Developer Insigh t:
Understand the business and technical needs of customers and developers to uncover opportunities where our SDKs can add significant value. Demonstrators and Showcases Creation:
Develop demonstrators and showcases to exhibit the diverse features of our technology, highlighting its potential applications. Experience and Product Versatility Improvement:
Play a crucial role in elevating the developer and customer experience, as well as the versatility of our product, by leveraging our technologies to create a variety of demonstrators and applications.
Developer Documentation:
Assist in enhancing the developer documentation to improve clarity and accessibility.

Assets

We provide permanent contracts and offer competitive compensation. For those living in Germany, we offer employment contracts. Outside of Germany, we hire through an Employer of Record (DEEL) to ensure you are equally protected and covered. We require candidates to be located within +/- 4 hours of Central European Time (CET) to facilitate collaboration and maintain our team dynamics.
