The Keyrus MANAGEMENT team in Belgium, provide business transformation services through advisory, process reengineering, technology innovation – especially around data innovation - to our clients and Project Program Management support. Our clients are mainly in the financial industry (Banking & Insurance), life sciences and Overall Service Industry. We serve both Global and local clients. We act in close cooperation with the KEYRUS Group having office in 22 countries serving our clients in 42 countries covering 4 continents worldwide.

Our consultants are working for our clients in various functions including Executive & Transformation advisory, Program Management, Business Analyst, Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert in specific functional areas: Finance & Procurement, Sales & Marketing and Data Management & Data Analytics. We engage with our clients based on their needs and culture:
• We deliver advisory service to the corporate offices of Global and Local Organisations
• We offer support services both in project team mode and in staff augmentation mode
• When we take the end-to-end responsibility on project and transformation delivery, we mostly work together in mixed teams with Keyrus’ other, more technology oriented, Data Intelligence and Digital Experience departments. This enables us to address the complexity of the project with a broader and therefore richer set of skills and competences We adapt our delivery method to be up-to-date aligning towards the innovation relevancy in a specific context. Therefore, we apply both classic methods (AGILE/SCRUM, Prince II, Lean SixSigma, BPMN…) and more recent approaches (Safe-Agile, EPIC approach, PACE, Design-Thinking, Process Mining…) which we train our people for.


Keyrus MANAGEMENT Belgium is actively looking for Senior Consultants who still want to confirm their impact at clients in terms of delivery but who also want to potentially experiment in business development on client sites.

Your role Matters

In the role of Agile TransformationConsultant, you will play a key role in transformation projects. You will leverage your prior experience and the expertise/experience of our organisation to address the challenges of our clients around topics such as organizational transformation, process reengineering in a physical world and the management of the integration of technology solutions in the ecosystem of the client. You advise clients on pragmatic approaches and solutions, from definition to implementation, for a successful realization of the project benefits. You support our business development through up-selling or cross-selling at existing clients both in Belgium and on Keyrus Groups’ strategic international accounts. - Manage small to medium sized projects or manage a program stream
- Participate in complex projects in the following services in a local and/or international business context:
- Performance Management: define the performance management framework for our clients (KPI’s, reporting & analytics, predictive/prescriptive model definition, performance review process design, and support key managerial processes in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations related to performance management)
- Transformation and Change management: facilitate the implementation of sustainable change and enabling this transformation through traditional or agile project management approaches, using tools such as RACI matrix, Business Process Modelling Notation, Design-Thinking, Persona’s, Serious Game, ADKAR…
- Data Governance & Data Migration project: support organization to (re-)define their data strategy, data governance and data management practices. Advises on roles & responsibilities, process and routines to put in place and tools to implement. Help organization to use “data as an asset” to the company through new business models (data monetization, data-driven marketing, un-manned forecasting process, smart data analysis …)
- Support the leadership of the Belgian operations through the business development of the above-mentioned services with the support and guidance from senior management
- Developing an understanding of client’s strategic direction, issues and objectives to drive the appropriate roadmap for our clients;
- Driving consistency in operations, measuring progress against goals, preparing or facilitating client meetings and workshops, creating business updates/reviews, conducting quarterly and annual planning;
- Develop people management skills: recruitment, coaching, competence development

You Matter

- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering or assimilated
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Management Consulting and/or Line Management (in which case a proven track record in project realisation is a must)
- Proven experience in AGILE Project Management and Business Transformation
- Experience in one or more of the following fields of expertise:
- Finance function
- Banking and/or Insurance sector
- Healthcare Service & Support Institutions
- Public or Semi-public Institutions
- Ability to define and apply methodologies and approaches to meet client needs and expectations
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams (3-5) across multiple locations
- Foster motivation within the project team to meet tight deadlines
- Having a strong impact and influencing key decisions
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
- Excellent creative problem-solving skills (out-of-the box attitude)
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience with Project Organisational Methodologies: AGILE, Scrum, Product Owner, EPIC Owner. Being familiar with Data Management & Reporting tools is a plus
- Fluency in English, Dutch and French
